FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW ARE EACH OF THE PIECES MADE?

Each of my pieces start out from a piece of wire, gauge or thickness varies from piece to piece, then it is personally designed, hand shaped and forged giving the front a faceted, mirrored finish. The back side of the piece will have a slightly brushed finish, it may have a few blemishes from the hammering & the metal block used as each piece is created. The piece is then polished, chain is created to the length you specify and assembled just for you. Due to their handmade nature, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the photographs due to the personal touch to each one.

I design with 14K Gold Filled, Rose Gold Filled, Sterling Silver, precious & semi precious stones, hydroquartz, wood, leather and other found objects such as Brass, Steel, etc. Stones may be dyed or treated and may vary in size, color and shape from the piece that is photographed unless specified.

My pieces are NOW AVAILABLE IN SOLID 14K GOLD!! Send me a message if you would like a one of kind piece.

I take great pride in creating each piece of jewelry from start to finish. :)

WHY IS THERE A LITTLE STONE AT THE END OF THE EXTENDER CHAIN?

When originally making my personal pieces, I decided the end of my chain needed some LOVE too. This was the start of my little stones. I decided that it shouldn't stop with me, but continue on to you too! These little stones will vary, but here are some of the possibilities; labradorite, tigers eye, quartz, wood, citrine, rose quartz, amethyst, jasper, garnet, etc.

I DON'T SEE ONE OF YOUR PIECES ON YOUR WEBSITE?

If you have seen a particular piece at a store, a show, on Instagram or Facebook, but it's not on my website, I would love to make it for you!! Get in touch with me and I'll make it happen.

My pieces are constantly changing and evolving so keep coming back. :)

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

The pieces you purchase are personally made at the time the order is placed. Please allow 7-10 business days for me to personally create your one of kind piece. I will ship from my home studio by US Postal Service, First-Class Mail, the deliver time for First-Class Mail is estimated 1-3 business days. I will then send an email with a tracking number once it is shipped. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

HOW DO I KEEP MY JEWELRY LOOKING ITS BEST?

Currently each piece is shipped in a little bag. Use this bag or an airtight container to store your jewelry.
Use the same little bag, to keep your pieces separate when traveling.
Dangle the end of the necklace just outside the bag to keep the chain from tangles, then seal around the chain.
Clean with warm soapy water, gently rubbing between your fingers or use a soft cloth, and pat dry.
For a little extra luster, use a polishing cloth. They can be purchased at a store or on my website.
